Procedure for coordinating the drone flight with the airport operator and ATC
If the rules for your flight require so-called coordination, it is necessary to send no later than 3 working days before the planned flight:

For Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Karlovy Vary airports:
an application for a non-standard flight (NSF) to the ATC address according to the table below and also further

For all controlled airports:
an application for an assessment of your flight by the airport operator electronically to the email address or via the electronic form listed in the table below.
The content is the same application as in point 1.
Applications must include the following:
- Purpose of flight;
- Operation site or desired flight path - a plot on a map and a list of coordinates describing the desired area;
- Estimated period of operation;
- Required flight height;
- Type of unmanned aircraft;
- Take-off and landing site;
- The planned day of operation, the planned time of take-off, the flight time and the required coordination validity period.

Additional conditions may be imposed as part of NSF approval:
- Obligation to apply a flight clearance by telephone from the ATC TWR before the flight, or
- Permanent two-way communication with the ATC TWR, or
- Equipping the drone with a secondary radar transponder.
